Booking Process

Hey there!

We're excited to be a part of your tattoo journey! Here's a peek into how we handle the nitty-gritty of booking your dream tattoo:

First things first, having a clear vision for your design is key. We recommend gathering some images that speak to your style – whether it's objects, colour schemes, or placement ideas. These visuals help us dive into your world and create a design that's totally "you."

We like to keep things super simple by handling bookings through email or Instagram. It's all about making it easy for you to share those inspiring pics and all the essential details in one go.

To speed things up and ensure a smooth booking process, toss those reference images into your email. Trust us, it's like the express lane to getting you scheduled in a jiffy.

Once we've found the perfect date for your tattoo session, we'll need a deposit via bank transfer to secure your spot. This deposit is your ticket to making sure your appointment is set and ready to roll; it'll be subtracted from your tattoo's total cost on your big day.

Life happens, and we totally get it. If you need to reschedule or cancel, just shoot us a heads-up at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit. We're cool with one reschedule without losing your deposit, but we'll need that written heads-up 48 hours prior. Just a heads-up, deposits are non-refundable.

Our artists usually have designs ready for your session, but some love to brainstorm with you on the day, especially for those free-hand pieces. And don't worry – you'll get a sneak peek at the design before it's permanent on your skin. Your feedback matters, and we're all ears for any tweaks or changes you fancy.

Now, about those pre-designed tattoos before locking in a slot – we totally get the excitement! However, our policy is all about giving our time and creative juices to committed clients who've got their slot locked in.

By snagging an appointment with us, you're basically agreeing to these terms.
